What information do Carasol Web Solutions require?
Generally we can start the website planning process with just one phone call to collect as much or as little information you can provide. From there, we will design a page we think would work best for you and then review the plans with you. Ideally, you should provide copy for the site. If you prefer, we can provide a copywriting service for you. You will need to supply any images you want included or we can create images for you.
Do I need to hire an employee to maintain the site?
You won’t need to ! With the Britnett-Carver Content Management Systems we use you can update and manage the site yourself. After all, what good is a well-designed site if no one can see it or if the information is old? Whenever you want to make changes or add to your site you can. We will train you or a member of staff. Alternatively, we can take care of it for you.
What are your payment terms?
50% of the agreed fee is due with order. The balance is due upon completion of all the site going live.
How long will you take to get my site on-line or "live"?
As a general guideline, information-only site: 2 weeks, e-commerce enabled site: 4 weeks
Do you optimise the sites once they have been set-up?
Yes we do, we specialise in getting your site found through search engine optimisation (SEO).
